Be Neutral #1 - DVD This was filmed on the island of Crete. We learn about Being Neutral vs being in a Neutral. and We define Being Neutral. Most of training focuses on learning visually to Be Neutral and then transitions to exercises where you learn kinesthetically. We use: Self-Defense Techniques, Sets and Freestyle to train and test our sense of Being Neutral. Eventually you understand one aspect of Being Neutral to someone is the balance between Stability and Mobility that must be chosen in each predicament.

If I am Neutral, I should be able to use either arm, either leg, offensively or defensively; moving forward, back, side, up, down—equally well. That is when I am “exactly” Neutral.

To Be Neutral perfectly you would need to be able to use either arm or either leg equally well offensively or defensively or moving forward, back, to the side, up or down.
